Rishabh decided to purchase goodbye gifts for his team from a local mall. His farewell was in two days and he didn’t want to show up empty-handed. He got an offer from an esteemed organization and his team was throwing a farewell party for him. He purchased the gifts and when he asked a representative there about the gift packing, he was told that it will be done after billing.
When he went to the gift packing section after paying the bill, they said it should be a minimum of 180/- per piece for packing and his gifts were 150/- of 15 pieces. He asked for the representative who ushered him in the first place, and he had no idea about the terms and policies. Rishabh was striding from one counter to another, without a proper solution, and it was making him agitated with every passing minute.
